Project Description

2817 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, TX 78702: Construction of new 22,300 s.f. two story bank, training and administration facility, including 122 space parking lot. Site development included landscaping, new utilities, rainwater detention pond and 220l.f. of 24" storm water outfall piping. Building construction consisted of Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) walls, concrete floors, associated structural steel and fire sprinkler system. Facility includes banking accommodations with 5 drive-thru lanes; lecture hall with operable wall partition; 1st and 2nd floor training areas with operable wall partitions and access flooring; and administration offices. Interior finishes include standard paint and wall coverings accented with Acrovyn wall panels, granite flooring and extensive use of specialized lighting. Exterior finishes include stucco with granite and custom aluminum window shading system.
