PROJ DESCRIPTION   THIS IS A REDESIGN OF THE ORIGINAL BID.  REVIEW ALL DOCUMENTS.  Construction of a new 19,639 SF single-story, concrete tilt-wall structure with structural steel framing, SBS roofing, interior finishes and furnishings, fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and lighting controls.   Project consists of furnishing and installing structural steel, lumber, roofing materials, fasteners and miscellaneous items of work to provide a complete 14'x11' shade structure.   Project consists of interior renovations of Corpus Christi City Hall, Council Chambers to include: selective demolition; new interior finishes including but not limited to paint, carpet, and wall covering; new millwork; new fixed audience seating; door and door hardware replacement; and lighting improvements.   Project includes but is not limited to the following: disconnect power and demolish existing elevator system; provide new hydraulic elevator system; provide power and lighting; provide fire alarm devices; provide HVAC system to elevator machinery room and provide structural reinforcing in elevator pit.   Project consists of the following but  not limited to: Installation of private gravity storm sewer piping, manholes and appurtenances, concrete pavement, sidewalks, concrete foundations, concrete structures, a shade canopy structure (PEMB), pump station, site electrical and all other incidentals depicted in the drawings. Project is located at the Del Mar College Windward Campus on Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, TX.
