PROJ DESCRIPTION   The project includes but is not limited to the demolition of the existing Head Start Center, including all foundation / structural elements in their entirety.  Abatement will also be required.   Scope of work includes but is not limited to improvements to the east-facing exterior wall at the Fire Department Warehouse to include: removal and replacement of the existing metal wall panel and wall insulation, removal of four existing windows and frames, minor exterior lighting replacements, removal and replacement of existing gutters and downspouts, and minor weatherization repairs to one east-facing overhead door   Installation of a new playscape with prefabricated shade structure at Bill Witt Park adjacent to an existing splash pad. The scope of work includes the construction of new
reinforced concrete walks, playground equipment with pour-in-play surfacing/retention curb, and a shade structure.
  Repairs to the Holy Family Church in Taft, Texas buildings include the Church, Parish Hall and Religious Education Building.  Repairs include but are not limited to, roofing replacement and/or repairs, flooring replacement, drywall replacement, re-painting surfaces, replacement of cabinets and countertops, sand & refinish pews, electrical repairs and fixture replacement, siding replacement, acoustical ceilings, window replacement, and CMU repairs.

PROJ DESCRIPTION Constriction of a new 8,600SF pre-engineered metal building including all associated sitework, site improvements and site utilities; also construction of a new parking lot area, access gate and new road connecting to an existing park road.  Project also include the interior finish-out of the metal building and all associated MEP and a fire alarm system.   Construction of 2 separate bus stops for the south campus located at 7002 Yorktown Blvd. Accepted Alternate No. 2     Phase II renovations to an existing lease space.  Accepted Alternates #02: Signage Package   Accepted Alternate #03: Dry Erase Wallcovering    Accepted Alternate #04 Remove Operable Wall Partition and Associated Structures.    ASI #01 is the City permit comment responses and are included in the drawings.   Project consists of the following but  not limited to: Installation of private gravity storm sewer piping, manholes and appurtenances, concrete pavement, sidewalks, concrete foundations, concrete structures, a shade canopy structure (PEMB), pump station, site electrical and all other incidentals depicted in the drawings. Project is located at the Del Mar College Windward Campus on Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, TX.   The CCRTA is upgrading its Port Ayers transfer station by demolishing the existing transfer station and parking lot.  The reconstruction includes site reconfiguration, new fencing, a public area, 2 large main drives equipped with rolling automatic gates, lighting and landscaping. A small CMU facility building to include polished concrete floors, acoustical and gypsum ceilings. The reinforced concrete transfer station will feature two large opening and a small covered opening.  The openings are defined by parapet walls constructed of metal studs and finished with EIFS stucco look material.
