PROJ DESCRIPTION   Project includes the removal and replacement of existing vertical wood siding fascia located along the perimeter of two high roof areas, miscellaneous roof decking, and miscellaneous roofing repairs.  The roof locations included in the scope are the high roof over the main entrance at the west side of the facility and the long high roof located at the north side of the facility, which extends over a portion of the original building and newer building addition. The existing siding will be replaced with a new vertical panel siding with battens supported by new supplemental wood framing.   Project includes but is not limited to the following.  Disconnect power and demolish existing elevator system; provide a new hydraulic elevator system; provide power and lighting; provide fire alarm devices; provide HVAC system to elevator machinery room and provide structural reinforcing in elevator pit.

PROJ DESCRIPTION   Project consists of the following but  not limited to: Installation of private gravity storm sewer piping, manholes and appurtenances, concrete pavement, sidewalks, concrete foundations, concrete structures, a shade canopy structure (PEMB), pump station, site electrical and all other incidentals depicted in the drawings. Project is located at the Del Mar College Windward Campus on Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, TX.   The CCRTA is upgrading its Port Ayers transfer station by demolishing the existing transfer station and parking lot.  The reconstruction includes site reconfiguration, new fencing, a public area, 2 large main drives equipped with rolling automatic gates, lighting and landscaping. A small CMU facility building to include polished concrete floors, acoustical and gypsum ceilings. The reinforced concrete transfer station will feature two large opening and a small covered opening.  The openings are defined by parapet walls constructed of metal studs and finished with EIFS stucco look material.   Project includes but in not limited to, construction of a 4,812 SF addition along with a 20,831 pickleball facility.  Building will be a 1-story with mezzanine pre-engineered metal building.  Scopes / trades include: Demolition; sitework; concrete - civil and structural; storm drainage; fencing; metal building erection; railings; millwork; doors, frames & hardware; windows / storefront & glazing; gymnasium mirrors; drywall assemblies; all interior finishes; MEP; athletic equipment; site utilities; pavement and asphalt repairs; fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems; louvered sunscreens; rubber gym flooring and acrylic emulsion athletic flooring; and signage.
